An incredible Sales Performance Management (SPM) Platform is looking for a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to join their team and deliver impact across the organization.

Day-to-day in the role:

  • Lead the expansion and renewal opportunities within the business-critical territory of Francophone, starting within the territory of Benelux

  • Act as the liaison gateway between the organization and its clients by providing insight into sales, marketing and product processes

  • Build upon the existing company portfolio of customer case studies, success stories and references

  • Own, build and maintain customer success and engagement plans - from user engagement metrics, adoption techniques to solution scope

  • Facilitate and run customer workshops and sessions on platform best practices

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in a role requiring Account Management or Customer Success skills within a SaaS/software company

  • Strong background experience in supporting large scale tech solutions within Fortune 500 organizations

  • A sharp and unquestionable attention to detail

  • You have a proven track record of taking initiative, being a collaborative team player and delivering results beyond expectations

  • Experience dealing and working with multiple stakeholders whilst managing large enterprise accounts 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple renewals and contract negotiations

  • A passion and drive for communicating effectively across all stakeholder levels from day-to-day software users, senior managers to C-level executives

  • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new-logo enterprise customers with the drive to win and close

  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, Microsoft suite is preferable. Experience using the popular Customer Success tool Totango is a huge win!
